Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve the LanceKit ecosystem. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data to authenticate your account, process your invoices, and track your work progress securely.

4. Google OAuth Data

If you choose to log in using Google, we only request access to your basic profile information (name, email, and avatar) to streamline your registration and login process. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or other sensitive Google services.

5. Payment Processing & Third Parties

We do not collect, process, or store your financial or credit card information on our servers. All payments and transactional data are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Your transaction is subject to their specific privacy policy and terms of service.

6. Data Retention & Account Inactivity

We retain your account and workspace data as long as your subscription or lifetime membership remains active. To keep our database efficient, LanceKit reserves the right to permanently delete accounts (along with all associated projects, clients, and tracked hours) that have been completely inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, following a 30-day email notification.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your passwords are encrypted, and our database is secured against unauthorized access.
